Need to have my shingles replaced. I'm sure many in the Allan/Plano area have had theirs replaced in the last year or so.
Looking for recommendations. Already have the insurance check on the way.

I need some work done on a roof leak, decided to order some Flex Seal online to see if that will stop it.

Sorry, no help on recommendations.

Wait until after spring. Who knows, we may have a hail storm come through to take care of it for you.

What if Trump starts to round up illegals? Will the price increase?

I've been waiting on that for a few years now, my adjuster told me too

I'm cautious about that now. I waited and waited for years too, then the insurance company started saying it was just an old roof. I argued and got them to send out a second adjuster who promptly wrote a check to cover the whole thing. I hadn't had a roof replacement in almost 20 yrs.

Deal I had was....one spot is damaged, they only replace the shingles that are visible from the road (making them match).
