boat has been sitting on trailer a while,,,,,gonnna siphon old gas out of tank,,,,,does anyone know where I can get rid of a gallon or 2 of old gas....do not live in the country any more where u could burn brush piles with it

How long has it been sitting? Couple years? If only a short time, put some additive in the tank and run it.

If you need to get rid of only 2 gallons or so, put it in a metal bucket with no lid. It should evaporate quickly. Caution used to leave it outside away from ignition source,children,animals,etc. also place it where water/rain cant overfill it & spill onto ground. 2 gallons will probably evaporate in 1 to 3 days outside.

Just use it in the daily driver with a full tank.

was about to drain in metal bucket,,,then thought I will try ,,20 minutes later it was purring perfectly ...thanks for all suggestions
