I started having some problems with my 6 month old Ulterra with it not stowing and deploy properly. I dropped it off at All Star Marine in Lewisville, TX on Jan 4th. They told me the stow/deploy motor and circuit board needed to be replace. They replaced the motor within that same week. But they are still waiting on MinnKota to send them a new circuit board. If any of you guys had to get the circuit board replaced on the Ulterra, how long did it take for them to complete the repair? All Star called me last week saying that they are still waiting on the board. The spot lock featured has me spoiled and I don't want to take my boat out without it.

Oh they are great. The All star archery and marine is awesome. Too bad I sold my compound bow. Customer service is great. It's not their fault that Minn Kota doesn't have the parts. They called me to apologize and let me know that they were still waiting for the circuit board from Minn Kota to come in at one point. Picked up my trolling motor Saturday. Just waiting for some free time to take out the boat. Will definitely take my trolling motor back for service there even if it's not under warranty anymore. Hopefully the motor will last longer than 6 months this time. I hope they replaced the bad parts with the new and improved one from the newer generation Ulterra. Lol. Just wishing.
