I would be pissed if I paid $1000+ for a battery that doesn't work. Not too many folks here will be able to help with this issue due to the price and general lack of experience having one. I used them in my RC cars and that generally means a bad cell or internal wiring, my run times would cut in half when this happened on my RC batteries. I also noticed on my RC batteries after charging several times the batteries would bulge. I just bought new batteries for my boat, looked at lithium, but based on price and past issues with my RC batteries I purchased regular batteries. Would love to have lithium for weight purposes but will have to wait for a substantial price drop.
Good Luck!

From my experience with Lithiums it looks like it's not charging. They will completely shut down when the voltage gets low. It may run for a few minutes then completely shut down. I would check voltage after it shuts down and also after you charge it. Call the manufacturer and ask how many volts it should have when completely charged.
