Plastic worm - Yum dinger, Zoom finesse worm, Roboworm, etc. Green pumpkin usually.
In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

That is just silly to just choose one soft plastic because even if you were limited to fishing from the bank you could carry several choices in a back pack with you. Why limit yourself? My top fish catchers are in no particular order....Senko type bait, baby brush hog, finesse worm, super fluke, 7 and 10 inch power worm, rattlesnake, baby snake and ring fry. Thanks EZ. It never occurred to me to take more than one package of baits on the boat with me. I'll save a ton of time not having to trailer the boat back to the house every time I want to change out baits now. Glad to help you out there.

I think it's fascinating that there are so many different "go-to" plastics. All about confidence.
