plan on roughing up the tubing and we will see... just got to figure out a good location to put them..

Looks good. No doubt they will work.

Try using pieces of scrap wood, thin 1" X 2" pieces ripped from a 2X4. The wood will grow algae much faster than PVC and attract baitfish faster.

Should draw in the baitfish as soon as a base coat of algae starts to grow on it.

I have been told that the pvc does not show up very well on a graph, some folks put a pice or two of lumber mixed in with the pvc so they can find them on their electronics.

Those work (I've planted 8 similar design) in 20fow
They show up on 2D and 455/855; but show up best on chirp

Agree with roughening up the tubing
If you haven't already, drill a few big empty holes all the way around it and a couple on the lid--will help it sink faster and straight down. Also makes holes for smaller bait fish to swim inside of it

Can also rub yogurt and buttermilk on the roughened up pvc to speed up algae growth
