Ok guys/ladies. I'm a newbie to catfishing, I have a small 14' tinny and would like to know the best way to catch catfish. I heard blues are preferred but I don't know. I am used to crappie. What should I do from the bank or a boat. Thanks in advance for your tips.

Tip #1, learn to throw a 7' cast net. Fresh shad works best.
A man should be able to saddle his own horse and kill his own snakes.
