A friend of mine plan to meet in about 10 days for some E. TX fishing. We thought about one guided trip on Welsh and then maybe another on Fork.
Any suggestions?

Good Luck.

I also run guide trips over at Welsh and other East TX Lakes.

You won't need a guide for welsh. It's very small and a very easy lake to fish.

I've used Justin Margraves at Welch and Fork both. I agree with no guide needed at Welch, just go North off the boat ramp and start fishing.

I'm pretty sure any of the fork guides you might book with would be happy to go to welsh as well
