I have recently moved from west tx to north texas. I live north of decatur. Bridgeport is nearby and a few others are within an hour or thereabouts. I want to get some blues in the boat this spring.. What lakes do you guys suggest? anyone ever fish bridgeport?

Don't count out Eagle Mountain. I've caught some good ones out of there and bait seemed easy enough.

Bridgeport is a good Channel Cat lake. There are blues in there, they showed up about two years ago. I started catching them drifting live shad for hybrids. I have yet to catch a nice one though. Ray Bob is good for blues and not too far away for you.
