Anyone here ever deal with this stuff? Looking for some suggestions on how to get rid of it? Seems I have tried everything.

When you wake up if you stretch your feet a lot before getting of bed it helps.

If you start walking about 30 minutes each day it helped me to get rid of it

Damn walking seems to be the last thing I want to do.

I had gone to Dr. he was fixing to put me under the knife.

I switched to Sketcher shoes with memory foam and it has all but gone away. I now own about 6 pairs and rotate them regularly.

one remedy is freeze a bottle of water and roll your foot over it as hard as you can stand it. Do this a few times a week. It helps too.

Go to a good Chiropractor and have them work out the scare tissue with an actuator. It can be a painful process, but it will get rid of it.

You should have been here yesterday...

When you sit on the couch, put a golf ball on the carpet in front of you and roll it around with your foot to massage it. I also use a tens machine, electric massage which you can buy on amazon for about $30.

You need to be very aware of your shoes. Make sure they have good firm soles with plenty of arch support. And spend a little coin on quality inserts that fit your foot properly.

The positive on this is that if you take care of it, it will ease up in a few days. The negative is that one definition of "old" is when you buy shoes that are comfortable rather than looking good.

only wear shoes with support, and by that I mean even tennis shoes, Don't wear flip flops, or those plastic shoes, even for a little while!

Trust your own instinct. Your mistakes might as well be your own, instead of someone elses.

Lots of good suggestions. I used the shoe inserts, but it still took about a year to go away. I also quit wearing crocs. My fashion cred took a nosedive that day.
