Does anyone know someone who could give a class on the set up and use of a Lowrance HD12?

Kirt Hedquist has a few videos on youtube about Lowrance sonar worth watching. On a lot of the settings, he just leaves it on "auto".
I have found the side and down imaging on my HDS Gen 3 unit to look very good without any tweaking of the settings. So I reccomend just hitting the lake and trying it out.

To simply underscore that which has already been stated. Learn all u can from youtube ,there are several tutorials that are spot on!!
