I've never fished for them and I'd like to take my sons to give them a shot. I live in corpus and don't have a boat. Can you guys give me some pointers just as a starting point that's relatively close? Thanks, Allen

Two choices from the bank. George West at the HWY 59 Bridge or the Airport Ramp.

Or Choke canyon FM 99 Bridge.

or wait until April/May and hit the lighted docks at Lake Corpus Christi, state park piers at night aren't bad and Crappie are caught too.

without having a boat, this is really good advice....there always a few that don't go up the river, and you could give it a shot anytime of the year...
