The price of tackle just went up. Now all spinnerbaits, jigs, etc. will either be tungsten or steel.

All I could glean out of the bill was a plan to phase out, I didnt see a date.
Will have to wait and see, but dot gov doesnt' move fast. I would guess it will take a while for them to come up with a plan unless I missed something.

I like the fact that they are wanting to require the use of "nontoxic ammunition".... Required compliance Date: January, 2022 However, they must take further action before July 31, 2018, or the order expires: Sec. 6 When is this Order effective? This Order is effective immediately. It remains in effect until we incorporate it into the Fish and Wildlife Service Manual, or until we amend, supersede, or revoke it, whichever comes first. If we do not amend, supersede, or revoke it, the provisions of this Order will terminate on July 31, 2018.

Article said phase out Date was January 2022. Plenty of time to get Trump to rescind it. But can't wait. Need to start a petition

If the freeze on regulations stays in effect, we won't have to worry about it! All we need to do is have that stay in place until July of next year.
Although I like it to stay in effect a lot longer!
