Was on the lake and the momentary on switch got stuck on and will not turn off. Anyone have this issue before? Is the switch just bad?

I have a 2 1/2 year old boat with 37 hours on the big motor and I'm already on my 3rd switch. Mine did the same thing as yours, however, this last time it wouldn't come on at all. It's really frustrating having to replace the dang switch this many times in 2 1/2 years. It almost makes me want to switch to a Minn Kota. I'm not sure what the solution is except to keep an extra switch in the boat.

Have a Blessed Day,
Mike
