I would make a Miracle Whip, tomato , and heavy on the black pepper.
If I was going to use mustard, it wouldn't be French's, I prefer Whataburger brand.
I have a chub of bologna in the fridge waiting to be sliced up that has been heavily smoked. Mrs.Bairds toasted bun, lightly grilled onion, sweet relish, and some Sweet Six BBQ sauce. Now that's a sammich!
