Lake Fork Taxidermy has mixed reviews online, but did a great job for me back in November 2016. I give them two thumbs up.

I've had Lake Fork do 1) a st record white bass 2) a wb record striper 3) a near record hybrid striper and 4) a record king salmon. Three of them are hanging in "Downtown Treasures" store in Livingston if you ever want to take a look at their work.
Their quality speaks for itself.
