His body it too damaged from all the abuse he put it through. 35 years old ,even with no door past, is a long shot in any pro sport

I'm just happy that my wife can still wear the Hamilton jersey that I paid $135 for during his hey days. But yes I hope he has a great year and helps the Rangers win the World Series.

While it would be amazing if he had a season near what one of his best are I don't see it happening. Right now if they can get something serviceable out of him then it's a plus. If he can't make the team out of spring training they lose nothing, and I bet he retires. If he has been even a Lil smart with his money then his grandkids shouldn't have to worry about money. If he wasted all of it then he will most likely try out for a few more teams and end up bouncing around playing independent league ball till he's 50.

If he did nothing but help the Rangers make it to their first and second WS then I'll never forget some of the amazing things he did in the field and at the plate.
As much as I hate to see him or wish failure in anyone I hope that all the kids that he became a hero to or they saw him the way some of us think of Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays, Nolan Ryan and so many more then saw what happened to him because of drugs and that keep one kid from doing them, I'll think of him as one of the greatest. With the way meth and heroin are destroying this nation if some kids saw that he had gone from the best to the bottom to the best again then fell apart because of drugs that scares them from them knowing even he couldn't beat them.
I think I rambled a lot of that but on phone and not sure how to say what my mind is thinking. Probably the morphine and dillaudid I took about 20min ago.

Just the invite gigs the Angels and I can't get too much of that. Sadly, there will probably be a hole unfilled that puts him on the field.
