Want to get my outboard looked over. No issues currently with it. Just want to have it looked over and any necessary maintenance done. Just looking for some recommendations. Haven't used anyone before. Live in the roanoke area. Also a ball park on what I should expect to pay would be helpful. Obviously that depends on what they find when they get into it.
Thanks for the info.

Well don't mean toot my own horn but I am lead tech at Cabelas in Fort Worth was in the business 25 years was Mercury Certified Master and certified Mercrusier took a 6 year break but back at it again Been on the forum for awhile.Be more than happy to take a look at it.Wont be back to the shop till next week got Mercury school for the rest of the week and I'am running about a week or week in half back. What you probably need is a annual service and possible impeller if it hasn't been done in the last couple of years.Shop rate is 99.00 a hour a annual runs about 2.5 hrs and water pump 2.0 hour and looking at about 200 in parts.......OPTI

+1 for Hughes. Honest, reliable, fair, and a very good mechanic. Can't ask for much more than that.
