Big Peacock bass, Arowana, Arapaima and I would love to hook into a big Tarpon in a kayak and let it take me for ride.

I've caught most of them, thats why I sold the offshore boat and came back to bass fishing.

I only have Peacock Bass and whatever fish they catch on Mars or any other planet I can get there buy Uber/public transprotation!!

Thanks, Billy

I wouldn't say that bass are over rated, but every time I go to Fork, I tell myself that I'm going to bait out a hole on Thursday night and spend the next two evenings tied up fishing for channel cats.
Fork is a great catfish lake, and I never keep a bass. But , I sure would like to keep 25-30 nice cats and filet for dinner. I really miss that type of fishing. Now, with grandkids, I might start doing just that.
So, if you see a big burgandy and white Skeeter tied up with a gang of grandkids in it, it just might be me.
Good Luck to all

Before it was Lake Guri, south of Cuiada Bolivar in Venezuela on a tributary of the Amazon in the late 1960"s we would take all our gear, cross two rivers and fish for a week at a time. Lucky 13's were the lures of the day. I saw a man in our group land a 22 lb. + Peacock and it was proudly displayed in his office until we all had to leave the country in the early 1970's. I can still see the fish in my mind. Went back to Guri a few years back but the fishing was not the same. The lake has a annual fall and rise of 20-25'due to the hydro-generating.
