Just hope you do not need Viagra some day. It is like $10/pill and probably not covered by your insurance.

Pfizer's patent protecting Viagra from generic competition expires in April 2020, but Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. will be allowed to launch its generic version in the United States on Dec. 11, 2017. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA is a division of Israeli-based Teva Industries Ltd.Dec 17, 2013

Viagra is closer to $45. Each if you are paying out of pocket. There is a generic sildenafil 20 mg tablet available now, I am selling it at .50 to 1.00 each depending on how many you want. .
Rx has to be written " sildenafil 20 mg tab. , not Viagra .
I will do by mail , $5.00 shipping.

The system is skewed towards big pharma , therefore I buy all my drugs on the street.

Perscription drug costs are a sore spot for me. After loosing insurance that covered perscription drugs(thanks Obama) the wife and I had to go shopping. Below are our findings for 90 day supplies of our meds(drug names deleted). We went with Tom Thumb for most of them using Good Rx coupons.

You working stiffs with good employer provided insurance need to thank them every day for covering you.

It may not be huge savings but if you look at goodrx.com, it will show the lowest priced location in your area.

I don't think he can live without these drops, pinkeye will not just go away, its bacterial could damage your eyes.

But I like your open market capitalistic thinking.

I just saw this idiotic response. My point is there have been acceptable treatments for pink eye for years. Why not prescribe that. I don't give a damn about the 200. With insurance it's 25 bucks. My point is why is a doctor prescribing the 200 dollar script when I'm sure there is a 20 buck deal available. That's all. I'm all about being a capitalist, that said there should be some transparency in a free market, this feels a lot like collusion.

This is a point that I made a while back. People co plain about what they pay. They have no idea what the real costs are. They're quick to point fingers, but the truth is it's very, very complicated, and it doesn't need to be. This whole health care system is a complete mess, and has been for a long time. I wrote a paper on it in college. I had no idea it would keep getting worse and worse.

It sounds like the problem is with your Dr, not the pharmacy , no ?
