Going to give Grapevine a try and have never been on the lake. I have Navionics & Lakemaster, but was wondering if there are any specific hazards to watch out for when running the lake. I'll be idling near or in coves. Just not sure if there are any hidden widow makers out there. Any info would be appreciated.

Main lake is clear. There is a rock crusher toward the west end with a buoy on it. You will see an island on the south side. Haven't been on the lake recently, but it can get shallow between that island and the shore.

There aren't any real hazards on the main lake with the current water level. The only place that is an issue is a small submerged island on the South side but it is clearly marked with a hazard buoy.

Stay far enough away when running along the North side rock points. Some areas come out pretty far. Good luck and be safe!
