Sorry for the confusion. I mounted these brutes for a gentleman in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro. He wasn't sharing the local. They(he and his partner) caught 3, the other was filleted. I do many 3lb. crappie every year, but none are 16in. long. Many are 19in. or even 20in. I personally have never caught a 3#+ crappie. The one time I was with someone that did, it was filleted with the intent of catching more from the same area. THAT never happened again!
