Now that's the kind of spot I need, since I've never concentrated on Crappie fishing.. But if I ever were lucky/fortunate to get to fish a spot like that!!!

Bullet catcher had a post on the recipe, it was titled fresh crappie tacos if you can find it. Its probably 10 or so pages back

Just find a deep creek the goes into or leaves out of the lakes. Crappie are stacked in them now till spring.
Cast it, reel it, jerk it.
