Hey y'all, So here's the deal. I don't do much bass fishing but when I do its mostly in small tanks. I'm looking for a kayak and possibly a fish finder. I don't want to spend much more than $500. Probably close to around a 10 footer thats semi easy to transport. I don't want an inflatable one though. Any ideas?

For that you can get a pelican at academy.
That was my first yak, then I moved up to a Jackson Big Rig.
The ones at academy have come a long way, the $500 might just cover the yak...

If you're going after a cheap kayak be sure and get an expensive PFD. The cheap kayaks are cheap for a reason and if you're not experienced at using one stay in shallow water until you're familiar with operating it. Hypothermia can take over really quick in this weather.

I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed. Conscience never acquits, it either accuses or excuses.
