The Mexican meat markets sell buffalo or at least in San Antonio they do Google the nearest fiesta grocery to you

I've caught them at cedar creek a few times up shallow and in the cast net, but I didn't know what their pattern is in the winter, they move to deeper water?

they are still shallow when its sunny like this - i catch them on corn, but it is slow going - i luckily keep them frozen for catfish bait all winter... then switch to pork leftovers from brookshires in seven points...

Please keep just the smaller ones; the larger (10#+) are great sport on rod and line... Thanks!
