I have not been much of a Garrett fan, but looking back on his career he has gotten better with clock mgmt., he turned over the play calling, I also think that the rebuild of run first, was his idea. His team plays hard for him. Could he be emerging into a coach that will be Elite for years to come?

Why does he feel the need to push his players so much when they do a good play? They come over to the sidelines and he pushes them. It's weird.

I hate these questions. Everyone thinks they are a coach and can do better or are quick to judge and don't have a fat clue what's involved. When I coached if we won it was because we had good players and when we lost it as because we had bad coaching. Its a combo of the both. I've seen bad teams well coached that we competitive because of good coaching. I've seen very talented teams lose because of bad coaching. They have a good mix of talent and good coaching. I will give him a ton of credit because he is one of the most scrutinized coaches out there for one of the most scrutized organizations and owners. Say what you want but that guy is smart and knows exactly what he doing. Not many coaches want to or can work for Jerry Jones.

When I was 15 years old, I sat right next to Randy White at a Dallas arena league football game at reunion arena. He never mentioned any of that.
He did ask me how our super nachos were though
