My parents had a catfish pond, so many fish that if you threw in a hook with a piece of hotdog you could pull out a cat in about 10 seconds. My nephews grew up fishing that pond.
Now if I take them fishing, they don't last 5 minutes before they want to quit.

Take them back when it's warmer. My nephew would play Xbox 24/7 if I let him. I took him fishing for his fist time and we stayed two hours by his choice.

I just sold my ranchito with a nice 1 acre tank on it and my 8 year old Granddaughter (she started wanting to go fishing about 4 years old) is heartbroken. Everytime she came down, summer or winter she asked to go fishing. Gonna have to buy her another place with tank to fish. She's a keeper.

Patience is not a virtue...it's a survial skill.
You know...you don't need to text back Skankygirl while driving.
