I appreciate it guys. I've always drooled over some of the creations I see on here, so I thought I would chime in too. For some reason I've always thought of this section as strictly hand tied jigs, and then I realized, well, I am a jig maker too.
Thanks again for the kind feedback, everyone. I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone else comes up with for 2017!

Cowboytex, do you have any shirts with your Southern Jig Co logo on them? I wish. I was in the process of getting all that together when I had to shut everything down due to a position change at work. That's all been put on the back burner for now because I don't have the time anymore

Great looking baits Lane Another great aspect of making custom colors, is you can get great ideas for a stock color I'm doing 1 now, that I'm going to put my twist on and add it to the line Best of luck Bud

You are absolutely right, Todd. My cousin was fooling around with a color, trying to achieve a look he had in his head. Well, it didn't turn out as planned, but we both absolutely loved it and are trying to make it a stock item.

What ever happened to the TFF special? The once a year special pour? Signup sheet to order and a big deal? I bought in twice I think? Oh well, that's what happens to my memory, can't remember yesterday's meal or your old company name but remember a special jig buy 3-5yrs ago Nice looking baits

Catfish-hunter, first let me say "thanks" for the kind feedback. I do remember those days of TFF Specials under our old name Lights Out Tackle. I had to change the name due to being threatened by former NFL burnout Sean "Lights Out" Merriman of the San Diego Chargers.
As for the TFF Specials, I still give away a couple thousand free baits per year. I can't make baits for as cheap as I used to though, as this is now part of my career and the cost of materials has only gone up. I try to repay everyone on here the best I can with in-depth reports and giveaways, but the TFF has helped me tremendously over the years, and I don't know if I can ever repay that debt.

That's it,I remember now. The TFF color was "the guy" or something and you made a special TFF pour each year so everybody be could get that color that wasn't sold. I wasn't talking about the freebies,I remember those too. Websites looking good. Making quality products.
