 Great day fishing today at the office.

Fishing this week has generally been good but today was outstanding.
Since we have about eight slips brushed out to fish in I generally move around pretty often. When one spot slows down I move to another. Today I stood in one spot and caught over 40 Crappie with 22 big keepers. All in two hours time. All came on large plastic bodies. (2.5") about 12' down in 24' water.
I need some household items for my granddaughter. (Getting her first apartment), will trade fishing trip. See post in trading section.

Yes it was another great morning fishing at "The Office". I cleaned fourteen big ones, and threw back over 30! I've got too much crappie!  Ernest - I left you the one I put in your bucket! Too many fish! One fisherman caught a really big one and came over to where I was fishing to show me - just before he threw it back! Mike almost lost it!!!

Today, not so much. Caught a few nice ones before 8 AM and then they totally shut down. But who cares I can fish again tomorrow & the next day and the next day & the next day and the next day & the next day and the next day.

I went to the office at 7:30. Guy had the best day with 36 caught with 22 keepers by 10. I had 21 with 14 keepers. David and Fishbonz had some, don't know how many.

Dang!!! I'll be there in the morning... w/apple fritters! You should have been there this morning with those fritters boy...the fish weren't biting for me so I could have messed up a couple of them....
