This year for me was all about the Texas rigged craw with a buzzbait a close second. Caught a ton on both baits all year long. Started catching them on a buzzbait in January and kept it up all year.

Biffle Bug.
Literally have caught a bass EVERY time I went on a BB. Every depth, every water temp... pitching, flipping, swimming, Carolina rigging, t riggin.
Best bait ever.
Second best this year was a frog.
Eat. Sleep. Fish.

Hollow body frog(Booyah Pad Crasher)and 4" Yum Dinger on a shaky head
In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

Thermocline Mr fry....now that I primarily crappie fish I have caught some big bass on this little minnow bait...Hahaha
The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?

For size it was the Smash-Tech Convict. My best numbers producer was the Cabin Creek Spider Parts. They come with the twin tail grub & the skirt separate, so you can mix/match. By far the GP grub with the Tennessee Orange skirt was the winner. The thicker tentacle is to rig the jig head weedless.
