Thanks Riverdogb, I'll be fishing with my dad who is 72 and all he wants for Christmas is a 10+ bass; been fishing all his life and never caught one. His health is failing, so this may be one of the last trips we get together. I'm guessing mcqueeney is the better option for big bass. If you could give me a couple of names or have them e-mail me directly, it would be much appreciated. Merry Christmas, JP3

Yeah john charles whited is the man on our local lakes i will send you his info he is usually booked up but in my mind he is the best bet for that yeah and knows where to go whats going on for guiding and tourneys is what he does full time and is pretty successful he has a facebook page but i will pm you his info. Dunlap used to be awesome especially for big fish but to much pressure local tournaments the floods from the past two years and lack of stocking has ruined one of my favorite lakes hopefully we can all learn from this my self included and this lake can rebound

Not sure about a guide for Dunlap, but it has been fishing well at night. A buddy CPRed a 10.01 there a few weeks ago, along with catching some solid bass from the 4-6 pound range. He's more successful at night there lately. However, Dunlap is highly pressured so it might be better to fish Canyon with Charles Whited.

I can vouch for Charles as I've competed against him on numerous occasions. He's won more than his fair share of tourneys on Dunlap using artificials, and is a licensed guide.
