Nice report Lena...
Been too cold when I have been off lately
Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

I saw the largest working group of birds that I have ever seen last week on Tawakoni. It was on the east side of the dam and was impressive to say the least. Unfortunately I was catfishing and did not partake in the feeding frenzy.

Going Friday weather permitting . If I find birds do I dead stick under them or cast flukes in them? Do need to drift over the humps or points? Good luck this week

Slow retrieves sassy or flukes at birds or under birds. Birds working is your lucky day Or use deadstick method in deeper waters, 28 to 50ft. Will fish twok this Thursday with a former celebrity guide Hope to have good report to tell ya.

What's the best time to go out and dead stick? Or time doesn't matter?
