 Mounting transducer on an Ultrex

Is it possible to mount a separate down scan transducer on an Ultrex with the way it spins 360 and not get the cord wrapped around the shaft.

Yeah you can put slack in your transducer cable so that it can't overtighten when you spin the trolling motor around. There's pictures online of how to do it if you Google it.

Ultrex only rotates left 180deg & right 180Dec, so you don't fully get the infamous cable wrap. Install discussed here: http://www.bbcboards.net/showthread.php?t=767855
