There is a website I recently ordered some mechandise from I wont mention their name (but the title of this thread is a pretty good hint) I used my Paypal account to pay them. After not recieving the items as promised I filed a dispute to get my hard earned money back. The refund was recieved a d they blamed me saying my order was a waste of their time. The items I ordered were listed in their inventory..... they said the items were no longer available that they notified me and refunded the money the same day I ordred. There was no notification and the refund was not made until after I filed my dispute.
What ever happened to customer service? Or owning your mistakes? The funny part is they brag about their customer service on their website.
