I have a two year old lss 2. It started showing no source so I updated my unit and replaced the Ethernet cable. It still wasn't happy so I called lowrance and explained what it was doing. He sent me an rma that day and I shipped it out the next day. When it got to the test phase they decided it can't be fixed so they sent me a brand new unit and reimbursed my shipping ❤️😃 I just want people who have heard terrible things about lowrance to see how they handle it I couldn't be more happy

Yes they do have good customer service. They replaced my old broken Gen I HDS-8 with a new Gen III HDS-9 touch and all I paid was $350. They were out of Gen II units or it would have been free.
