I recall three people in the Eyra passing a certain Skeeter with one person. I also observed the same Eyra hit 85 with one person.

I recal it taking all the way across the lake to finally get close, but I would expect it to be fast with how skinny those decks are! Lot less boat touching the water when there's half a deck. But have to compromise somewhere to get speed.....

I can assure you there is zero compromise in an EYRA or any other Basscat for that matter. The fish ability is outstanding. Maybe different than one of the cookie cutter brands. But still very effective. I think you are just throwing bs comments towards c130 because he now owns a faster boat than you. Hell he now owns a boat faster than 90% of the fishermen out there. I really think anybody is missing out by not giving Basscat a serious look. I really like how when I was at the owners tournament I couldn't find two with the exact same color scheme.

Thanks! Going to pick it up Friday as soon as my son gets out of school. Doubt I'll sleep at all tomorrow night I'm so excited. I liked my Sabre but can't wait to get the Eyra. I couldn't decide on the Eyra or the Puma but always kept leaning towards the Eyra and finally decided on it.

I'm just giving Skeeter Boats a hard time, we know each other well. But, I do plan on smashing that bug, reworked prop or not.

Bass Cat has the huge, wide deck and caddy ride in the Jaguar. Heck, they have a boat for everything; Margay, Sabre, Panterra, Caracal, Cougar, Puma, Eyra, and the soon to be released Lynx. Better get that prop reworked, I've already got an extra prop so I can get the main one dialed in.

You already have an upgraded prop on your "big boat" you're acting like I'm only getting one to beat you... but I don't think a prop got me to 11th overall and you guys 54 overall with practically zeroing at 2/3 tournaments, but you technically weighed in a fish somehow even tho it was a short fish. Which I don't know if you know but that is illegal. If the game warden would've been there that'd be a ticket.

Yeah, you beat us on Conroe, the lake you live on and fish every week. Must be that extra 2" width of the Skeeter deck. We've been on Conroe maybe 10-15 times total. I'm not worried about being outrun by that Skeeter, not going to happen. Better go read up on the Bass Cat forum now, heard you been spending a lot of time there.
