When you see a lot of the fishing videos posted or some of the fishing reports it seems like these days its all about how someone destroyed the bass, crushed 'em, slayed them, annihilated them etc....fishing is so violent and extreme these days.....  Who knew you had to totally destroy them to make it a fun day. No one is content with just catching 'em good anymore...........

It all goes back to when they started calling them ditch pickles... it's gone downhill from there

I liked it better when people just posted pics before everyone was a movie star.

Seems like the GoPro video craze has turned average days and some average fishermen into high drama killers. Most of these posts are just repackaged, remixed re-runs of age old techniques and basics of bass fishing.

Makes you wonder doesn't it, did they really ?

It's just like on facebook where someone post, "So&so just crushed so&so with just one word." You read it and there was nothing to it. I figure on here it means they caught a couple of dinks.

Honestly many are a bunch of guys who needed to play some real contact sports growing up. Now they are becoming "rough" through fishing. Probably the same ones that want to beat me up for loading by myself at the Squaw Creek Boat Ramp(from the safety of their computer keyboards of course). :-)
