The TTZ guys run a great event. I highly suggest fishing with them, you won't be disappointed!

Agreed. And the free Lone Star Beer after the tournament helps wash away the hurt of being skunked (at least for me)

Fished a couple years in the South. These guy's do a 1st class event. Very reasonable entry fees and the payouts are among the best of any trail in Texas.

I want to do this but trying to confirm a partner that will commit to the season. I have not fished Whitney but a couple of times. I would like to learn more. I like the season are local lakes and the Championship is Sam Rayburn. I have only fished Sam Rayburn once before.

$10,000 guaranteed for first at every event regardless of entries. Only a $200 entry.

In 2016 TTZ pulled 150-190 boats per event.

I'll be fishing as many of these events as I can fit into my schedule for both divisions. As posted above, TTZ is run by a great group of guys. They seriously work hard to make sure the anglers are happy, and the fish are well taken care of. The free food and beer, the payouts, and the pre-party make it a can't miss.

Many North Texas trails should take note, now you have a South Texas trail coming here and taking charge . Now the question is what will 2nd through 5th pay.
