I consider under 12" to be a dink, fish smaller than keeper size I consider non-keeper.

for me it is a bass that is smaller than the length allowed in which ever tournament I am fishing.
a 10" bass is not a dink if the weight is allowed to count towards my total. but it sure is small.LOL

i was told by a tpwd warden that a dink, he would consider it to be smaller than legal keeper. less than 14 inches. i think its the matter of the angler who caught it.
