Looks like posts with baskets around them Cody. Maybe they are jig collectors?

No signage. TX A&M did a study (circa 1996-1998) w/TP&W on Lake Conroe to learn which grasses were good for the lake. They set bright Orange plastic fencing in a rectangular configuration to guard the test plants while growing. Afterwards, the tests concluded which were suitable for this lake. Several years later, the good plants were thriving and the water was nice and clear due to the plant life and fishing was great for all regular species. Then came the bad guys. The SJRA who owns the lake decided to spray herbicide all over Lake Conroe. ......to kill off a couple small patches of giant salvinia. The spraying not killed off the giant salvinia, but every other plant sub-specie that was thriving from the TX A&M / TP&W study.
Priorities are all backwards IMO.
Rod & Reel PB: Blue Cat 53 lbs/12 lb test, Flathead Cat 78 lbs/20 lb test, Channel Cat 17 lbs 12 lb test, Texas common carp 40 lbs/12 lb test, White crappie 2.8 lbs, Black crappie 2.3 lbs all Lake Conroe
