Had to mark it up because the sign would give it away... Stephens? The one in Albany (Shackelford Co is one of the most beautiful). Negative ghost rider. Clean Seguin, Texas in beautiful Guadalupe County. Home of "the world's biggest pecan". #smalltownbignuts #it'sreal

Saw this one a few times on my way to go hiking Sabine County, Hemphill! LOL....that's what I thought, but I just checked and this is from Hemphill County in the panhandle. Not the one I used to pass going to the trail between the lakes. Not sure what I was thinking, but it doesn't look much like the Sabine County courthouse, which is what I assume I used to pass.

I loved the courthouse. that looks a lot like the Hopkins COunty courthouse in Sulphur Springs quite a few Texas COurthouses are in the Romanesque Revival style, I like to think no other states can begin to match Texas for beautiful public buildings

The ones in Weatherford and Victoria are outstanding as well. Texas has an abundance of beautiful old courthouses.
