Eric

They are talking highs, with the highs being 40 -50 your lows will be in the 30s or lower and that will get the water down to 55 or so and it's time to find them, and when you do, you can fill up the boat.

If it was easy, everyone would do it

I know Tarponfly showed me a side image of a spot we fish for sandies during the run. It was loaded with crappie in the winter and I can't wait for the temps to drop.

Any reports? Are they starting to stack up yet?

There are fish in the creeks but I don't think they have stacked up yet. Water was still 64-65 degrees last week. The rain coming in tomorrow night and next weekend will make it hard to get on fish.

Not sure where you guys are fishing but all I have to say Is "don't know if you don't go". I've caught fish at every creek I've been to this week. Not a huge number but they are moving in .

Caught and released 200 with help from two of my friends today. Fish are stacked in the creeks and rivers. 1/3 were quality keepers. Fish were caught in the slack near currents. Tailwaters are on fire right now. Cover some water and you will find them. Look at it this way, you'll get plenty of exercise if you're on foot.
