IF you are not familiar with Lake Texoma; you will need a Lake Texoma license
"Two-thirds of this lake lies in Oklahoma. Anglers with Texas licenses may fish in the Texas portions of the reservoir, or purchase a Lake Texoma license ($12) to fish the entire lake."

FYI if 65yrs. old don't need Texoma license, either Tx or Oklahoma will do. Some bennies for being old.

Is this a team tournament? Also, whats the membership and entry fee each day? individual and draws for non boaters at the ramp total with membership and bb is 105, 95 without bb.
