 2010 tracker 190tx warning alarm

just bought this boat and have a question regarding warning horn.
Other boats I have owned sounded the alarm immediately after turning on key for a second and then went quiet. This tracker does not give that initial alarm when turning key on.
Is that normal for a tracker ?

It should self test when key is first turn to the on position could have a bad horn or it came unplugged.....OPTI
