Its central location to DFW and Austin make it a prime target for bass clubs. It does get a lot of pressure. PTG I remember those hydrilla days....

Waco has a bunch of good fish in it. I can always go out there and catch something. Some days are good but most days are just ok. I also don't understand why a bass club from Dallas would come down. It's a good lake but not that good to drive a hour and a half

It's a good lake but not that good to drive a hour and a half I agree. I bought another project house on Whitney a few weeks ago, so I have been fishing it a lot. Much better lake, IMO.
