Whats the place just south of there famous for their ribs? Country Tavern Now I want some CT ribs. Some of the best ribs in our great state. I have lived all over the state and they are the best I've had.

The Grove off Old Jacksonville Hwy is a new one that we went to for brunch today that was really really nice. Food was great and the atmosphere is appeasing.

The current owners dad died in the late 80's or early 90's and he had taken it over from his mom long before he passed, so unless you're 70 years old you've never had CT made from the original owner. From Texas Monthly article..... Who did you learn your craft from? This is a family deal. Im the third generation in this restaurant. I learned from my dad, and my dad learned from the man before him. My family acquired it.
