It's the law. If you don't like it then try getting it changed. I know most of this is just blowing smoke but it does get old every time a post about bikes is made people say things like. I'd run them over, roll coal bro, etc etc.

If this is true, then shouldn't you be required to have a drivers license to ride a bike on the road?

Isn't riding a bike a big part of your cult?

It's like a lot of things discussed on here. Riding a motorcycle, riding a bicycle, wake boarding, jet skiing, fast boats and cars, etc...if some one doesn't do it, is afraid to do it, or has never done it, they attack the ones that do. My advice is get out and do some of these things. You might actually find something you like to do.

This did nothing to change my mind-
And it gets old my our side of the issue also-
If you aren't part the problem i brought up then-----
If you are, well you don't get it anyway-

If there were a classification for it on your driver's license, then yes. There is not a classification for non-motorized vehicles along with a few other exemptions.

I got stuck behind some idiot motorcyclists on Hwy 16 going about 70mph for like 15 miles a couple weekends ago. There was 4 of us backed up behind them and they would not move into the shoulder to let us pass

Oh you made that up. Everybody knows bikers are way cooler than cyclists and never do bad stuff.

it's probably more fair to lay the blame on the first truck behind them who wouldn't pass them, and then the second truck... but still

people from the metroplex need to learn to use drivable shoulders.... they're there for a reason
