I cannot believe how quiet and how little recoil it has. Anyone else shot one?

I've played with a suppressed 223 and it's amazingly quiet. Great for teaching kids to shoot.

Haven't shot one. Can't be that quiet if the bullet is supersonic.

I'd like to have a suppressed 300 blackout, knock out some pigs with subsonic rounds at close range.

A suppressor is one of the next things on my list. Hoping to put it in jail by the end of the year.

I shot a suppressed .308 with subsonic ammo a few weeks ago. That thing was about as quiet as it gets.

With sub sonic they are incredibly quiet.
With standard velocity they have no muzzle bark but still make a had crack when they break the speed of sound. But still about 50% quieter.

i was at the gun range with a guy shooting a suppressed BO AR. all you could really hear is the gun cycle. I assume he was using sub sonic rounds I did not ask.

With supersonic rounds the suppressor will make shooting it without hearing protection much more comfortable. It will also alter the signature somewhat, making it more difficult to determine where the shot came from. As stated above, you still get the crack as the projectile goes supersonic.
