What are some products that will remove the muddy water stain from bare aluminum portion of hull without damaging ?

One is really easy, results "OK"
One is really not easy, results outstanding.
Easy: Toon Brite, spray it on, rinse it off.
Not easy: Mag Wheel polish and a buffer. I like green magic, but they all work about the same. Results are amazing, but you'll have a bucket of sweat when you're finished.

I use "the works toilet bowl cleaner" cut 50/50 with water on my pontoon boat to get rid of the stains. put it in a spray bottle, wear rubber gloves, and don't breath the stuff.
It has the same acid used in toonbrite, but is much much cheaper. Just try to keep it off the carpet on your trailer bunks as it will make it destroy it over time (think battery acid on your clothes).

Aluminum Brightener, nothing will work better if used corectly---It's an acid so be careful with it!!
