Use a conductive paint, it may be enough to do the job. Electron microscopy supply houses also carry colloidal silver, it's conductive and can be applied with some precision.

Thre is this new stuff in have been using that uses some sort of liquid plastic and a little UV pen light makes it set. It is fool proof. If you can get the Pins to make contact and then use this stuff, it will not move. It is almost as good as JB weld for when you don't need JB Weld.

I can do it. Cold solder joints are resistive and get worse over time and power. But I am a long ways from Sanger and San Diego. Can you remove the circuit board or will this have to fixed on the truck?>

I actually have it out of the truck as we speak. I have it taken apart to where the circuit board is out.
